Using a ProtoTRAK Bridgeport, I take some squared up acrylic blanks, roughly 1 x 8 x .250, and mill a pattern into one side. While the finish is good, it is still noticeably a milled finish.

Has anyone had any experience trying to mounting some form of polishing wheel(s) and buffing out the finish, using the tool path that's already there from the milling?
