Help identify missing electrical component

I'm having some issues with my bridgeport. In another thread I'm trying to work out a servo problem. During the process I found a space where it appears a part was installed at the factory.
Next to the space is a diode that only has one wire going to it. Wire number 113.
Anyone know what is missing/ The wiring diagram in my other thread shows this area.

The part with the one wire appears to be a bridge rectifier (REC). It should have a pair of AC supply wires, usually on opposite sides(corner to corner) and two DC feed to a regulator (REG). This will supply the 24 volts DC to the machine. Note: If you have a 24 volt DC power supply somewhere else,(non-factory) this may not be needed.

Looks like a very old interact machine with a Heidenhain control.
That is a bridge rectifier. Just to the right is a "bread-boarded" voltage regulator. Later they more sophisticated and had a nice enclosed 24VDC power supply.
