Boss 5 mill, Air valve voltage and spanner wrench

Hi all, I have a BOSS5 that I have up and running (and am thoroughly impressed with) but the last thing to be fixed is the air cylinder valve - I need to find out the proper voltage that the valve operates on? It is completely disconnected from the machine currently and I would like to hook it to a simple on off switch t trigger the valve to open/close manually when needed.

Second thing is the Locking nut on the spindle (Erickson QC30), I do not have a spanner for it and am wondering if any one knows where I might find one to fit that nut? I made a home made one and it works "ok" but I am afraid it might round the groves over time and then make it even harder to properly tighten.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
    ~Terry

I think the valve is 120V, not 100% sure though.

My wrench is from erickson, I don't know if they are still available or not. I am sure you can get them from somewhere. In the mean time, I doubt your home made one will cause a problem. The nut seems fairly hard from my experience.

Per a schematic, it seems that the speed increase and decrease and the brake are all 24 volt devices. A meter can verify that yours is the same and has not been modified.
