Series I Interact 151 spindle want starte

Hi I have a series I interact with 151 control have been running for over a year went to start this morning it went tru all the homeing and powering up just like always but when I tryed to run program that I had all ready ran once friday with no problem and try to turn spindle on it turned on for just a sec. and then the power on controler reset it self like it lost power no fault on control any ides I checked all fuse and reset on motor contact still will not turn on.

IS it on a phase converter?

It is on 3 ph 208 volts and all 3 legs are the same it is working now not sure what was going on maybe the power supply is getting weak or just gremlens.

Bad float switch in oil tank?
Power supply runs the relays so it would not even home if it was bad. No 24 VDC = EXT relay voltage missing when control fires up.
Control works on 115VAC I think.
