i have an interact 1 series 2 with qc30 toolholdig. during machining the toolholders are working loose and i have purchased 2 new tool holders and a new lock ring as advised but still have the same problem ! any ideas anyone? |

| I would remove the keys temporarily, and apply prussian blue to the tool holder. Place the tool holder into spindle and twist slightly to show if there are any high spots or other problems that would require re-grinding the spindle. SM |
