If they are numbered in the same manner as my UK built series 1 then its a 1988 machine, mine is 81B which as far as I understand is 1981.

I`ll need to look at the serial numbers of mine.I have an Interact 11,Series 11 which is a 1984 machine with a 145 control.The other is a Interact 1,Series 1 with a 150 control.
Would the serial numbers run across the models including ones built in the UK and USA?
Was there an order in which things progressed or did they build different models at the same time or was it just down to what the customer ordered?
I know that the head support arm although looking the same on the Series 1 and 11 is different and I think the Ser 11 has a through hole in the spindle.
I`ve never been that much interested in Bridgeports but over here at the moment they are a cheap machine to buy.
