Well, I was working on my axis switches tonight and misjudged the home switch position so when the quill ran all the way up it hit the hard stop before hitting the switch and now it seems to be "stuck" as I can't get I to move in the negative (and it can't go any higher in the +). Stepper is trying to move it down but I guess it is jammed up inside and the motor can't overcome the friction........ Anyone every have this happen? is there a "easy" way to get the spindle/screw unstuck? Thanks in advance, ~T |
