Does anyone have a small project I could use as a test for my 22? I just repaired the Rotary Vane Actuator on the machine and now have reliable speed changes and I would like to test the machine with a proven program.
Hey Steve. Feel free to use this program. Stock is 3x1x.325" aluminum. X,Y is the lower left corner of the part, 0 is the top of the part. Tool 12 is a 1/2" 3 flute endmill. Tool 6 is a chamfer mill (mine is 1/4" but other sizes larger should work too with the way the program is written.) Make sure to air cut it a couple of times. I believe you can hold about .100" of the stock in a vice if I remember correctly. Flip the stock over and face off the rest, press in a skate bearing and give it to a kid as a figet spinner.
