Hi. I have bridgeport interact 4 mill with heidenhain tnc 150 control and it flashes every day this fault code (error in pc-program c (or sometimes g) It is not pleasing to do milling like so. Does someone know where do I must find the fault or what to check?
Hi. I readed through completely this tnc 150 service manual but didnt found nothing which will direct to find where this fault may be. Also I have searched over the internet long time but havent found nothing to answer this problem. Is it possible that this flashing error message (error in pc program) can be related with plc program in eprom (chip) what is located in heidenhain tnc 150b controller memory board upper right? When the controller boots up and after hitting CE button this flashing error message (error in pc progam) with different letters in the end appears immediately but when changing machine controller parameter 77 from 1 to 0 (plc program from eprom to ram) then this error message dissapears I can power up drives but the cycle start button does nothing to homing axes then when changing parameter 77 from 0 back to 1 same error message appears right after pressing the button to leave parameters list. Also after editing parameter list to controller the error message (nc: progam memory erased) apears but every time with different numbers on vdu screen. What that may mean?
Hi. Last year after the machine was standed about a month without power supply the y axis drive was dead by itself ( a four little green led-s located bottom left on drive board was not on) and homing y axis was impossible. I ordered new drive with same code Z15-1-240V from ebay and after installing it then memory batteries was dead first time. Installed new batteries also measured voltages and all three were 1,5v or slightly over and the machine was working great after that until now.
