Torq Cut 22 VFD Cap replacement

OK,
All this talk about replacing the Yaskawa VFD Cap every two years has me thinking, I should do it since its still running and before bad things happen to the VFD.
MACTEC, what is involved and is the cap easy to source? I don't want to dig into it until I get a little more info. If someone has done it, a process explanation would be helpful.
