Need Help!- relay ext dc voltage missing!

I am new on this forum. Hope, I will find help here.

I have Bridgeport interact1 MK2 TNC 155. Now I have problem with "relay ext dc voltage missing". I checked everything: oil level, all safety and limit switches, 24V DC regulator etc, fuse,......

We dont get the 24v on relay.....???

Machine working for some time then I get "Emergency Stop" on the screen, then restart machine and get "relay ext. dc voltage missing".......

I replace the emergency stop button......but the problem stay.....but if you often push e-stop machien somehow lost the error msg.....

Please help?

If I remember that is the message you get when you first power on. I think you need to press the CE button and then press the button to turn on servos. Give it a try.

That machine was work just fine and now suddenly appeared the msg. "Emergency Stop" and after reboot we get "relay ext. dc voltage missing".....

it is another thing that we can't deleted the msg that appears on the screen......we push CE button but msg is still there.....

what can be the problem???

possible 24v power supply broken, happened to me recently
