Bridgeport 412 with no power at the Heidenhain control

I am going to try and replace the power supply #2 ( in the side cabinet ) today and see if that's my problem.
Any suggestions would be great !

when the caps start going the fuse in the back of the earlier controls will blow

I Just replaced PS2 and when i turned the power on it started smoking. UGHHHHH !!!
