Need post processor for samsung SL30 lathe

Has fanuc OI-TD control 2 axis. Samsung SL30 machine for bobcad v27 lathe
The processors that I have down loaded cant get canned cycle format wright
The u and w in second line of g71 does not match what is in z allowance and x allowance
Have tried editing processor but cant get it to change

Do you know if your lathe is setup to run two line canned cycles like the output you are showing?

Yes I can hand code it in the lathe and it will work. If I install file from cam in lathe I have to change the u and w output.

Ok, I think I know what your issue is. In V27, there was an issue with the U and W reversing the values they grab, so Z was always U and W was always X. Please attach your post processor and I will correct the output for you.

U output needs to be U0.0100 and W 0.003.

What I did was remove the callout for the rough_x_allowance and rough_z_allowance variables, and substituted it for the finish x and z allowance variables, which function the same as the rough variables, but instead of getting mirrored values, it outputs the correct allowance values. Give this a try and let me know if you have any issues with it.

Hello Sean, Loaded file and this is what I got N45 G71 P50 Q65 U0.02 W0.003 F0.015. Note U is giving me double amount of what X is in cam.
Z amount is correct. U should read .0100 About a week ago I change line 249 to r and it changed U to correct amount but it changed all the X readings to. Had to change it back to d.

Hello Sean, I have another ordeal with default rapids. On Home Position X if I put in 5.00 in cam it will post 10.00 from processor.
N300 X10. in pic. It needs to match cam.

I cannot do anything to correct that. You will need to set 1/2 the amount for the home position you want in X.
