Things I dont like about ver 19 and 20

In verison 17 you could select a set of entity's and drag them while expanding or contracting them. Versions 19 and 20 dont have this feature in fact it wont do it when you try! We setup text on part and not having this feature is a major pain in the keister......BIGTIME. The only way to move objects to re-size is to move them by co-ordinates which depending on how you are re-sizing they will multiply the co-ordinats or divide them....its horse**** programming. And its annoying to hear their tech guys say well maybe we will a new version upgrade...havent seen it yet. Anyone else got bugs they want to discuss?

I do a lot of expanding of geometry for mold (to add shrink factor) and I usually set up points and translate the geometry between points, and while translating I set the factor to the shrink factor. I am not having trouble with this at all. Maybe I'm not understanding exactly what you are doing.
