Question having trouble getting this to cut right

i am making a part and have trouble getting it to cut the part out with bobcad 17, i created the part and when i go to create the gcode it doesn't machine it properly, i am also have a problem with island surfacing. the material is .375 plastic rod. i have it mounted on an 3c collet chuck bolted to my mill table. the endmill is .119 flat endmill. maybe someone could try it out, i am machining it on my homier mini mill and using maxnc software. thanks mike

Are you trying to make this as a boss? Could you program the square part after you mill the top? Looks over complicated and has too many entities for what it is

the square part is the top and it needs to be in the middle of the 3/8 rod for proper fit. yes i guess you could say its a boss. mikenln
