I'd just like to give a big shout out to the support guys at BobCad who helped me sort out my problem today.

Keep up the good work!

I'm still not sure about the prefix for the ticket numbers though... even though they tell me the 'BS' stands for Bobcad Support.

Kage at BobCad said they opted for BS - Bobcad Support in favour of Follow Ups - FU!
