Why does my V23 short cut not work?

I have a icon on the desktop but when i click it it will not pull up V23? I can click on another icon and in the back ground V23 will pull up?

Find BobCad in the start menu and try dragging another icon onto your desktop.

delete the icon and go to the program folder, look for the bobcamv23 exe file, right click on send to desktop as shortcut, If your running vista be sure to set the properties up like you did when installing the software. OR you can right click on the icon and change the target information but that requires more typing
