Pay extra for dongle, or else!

I just got a bad surprise. BobCad called me and offered V23. video professor, preditor, pro mill,and lathe for a reasonable price. When it arrived, there was no dongle, and when I called, they said that was $100 extra. My shop is unheated, so need to use on different machines. Did they not give you the option of the "Code Athentication" or the "Dongle" at "point of sale"??
They should have and if not maybe you should bring that up??

I opted for the "Dongle" years ago but every time they call to sell me something else they always give me the options but I have always stuck with the "Dongle" which could be a bad thing if I ever lost it but like you I have to move around different computers.

I just went through this with them. I upgraded to the predator and training discs, I also wanted to upgrade my second seat of ver 20 to be the same levels as this one.
When it arrived without dongle I called and raised a stink. They pulled the recording of the order and found that I had asked for the dongle, so they sent it to me free.
If you ask up front you can get it.
