Talking Need simple milling & turning sample

Can anyone help me with a simple milling sample program i can use to help me on learning BobCad 18.
A lathe sample would be also appreciated.

Upload the sample for others so that all can benefit.

here's a simple pocket..it's just the tool paths with no offsets. I generate a G-code and use mach3 to set the depth in multipass. Was intended for a !/8" bit.

I think I do it a hard way though....just tweak the G-code to advance cutter from one path to the next...

The second txt file G-code is cleaned up a little....still errors but I was in a hurry to get the motor mounted.

Also, here's a motor mount again for 1/8" bit but with offsets in drawing. Mach3 is used again for multipass to cut through a 5/16" aluminum plate. There are two G-codes in the text file....the first is after tweaking and adding ramps...The second is the original from BobCad.......and I still don't know what I'm doing to make it easier.
