SO, I've tested all the Bobcad v23 non-metric post-procs' that I can find, and none have worked 100%. Ex., Bobcad Posts F128456 for Feed20; I've had to manually edit the code in a few ways, but I'd like to know if anyone has a clean Post for the Anilam Crusader M from v23. Thanks! |

| Hythos, Another way this can be done is to make a simple program and post some code, then post it here and talk about what you would like to see different and people can help to massage a post that works for your machine. |

| Here are a couple entries I'm trying to resolve: ---- 110. Tool list format. "(MTOOL","T100",list_tool_number,"S1","D",tool_diameter,"H",tool_length,"DIAM_OFFSET ",list_tool_number,"= ",tool_radius,")" --- Correct input format to define a standard tool should be: N T1001 X.25 Z1.5 SO, I would suspect the Post should include: "T100",list_tool_number,"x",tool_radius,"z",tool_length Furthermore, I would expect I won't need to define G44 as the tool-length is included in the tool-definition... |

| Next, Subroutines have a redundant call... IE: ----- 7. Sub program call n,sub_call,sub_num,comment_start,"SUBPROGRAM CALL",comment_end 8. Sub definition sub_num_with_prefix,sub_comment 9. Sub program return rigid_tapping_end n,sub_return,comment_start,"SUBPROGRAM RETURN",comment_end ----- results in: N005 G29 C C10 $ SUBPROGRAM CALL N010 G29 S C10 $SUBPROGRAM OF S100 Correct formatting should be: N005 G29 C1 (G29 is required for 'special' inputs) So here's what I I've modified it to: 7. Sub program call n,"G29","C",sub_num,<comments, blah blah blah, ect> 8. Sub definition N,"G29","S",sub_num,sub_comment ** However - the program #'s are still 2-digit instead of 1. Previous tests failed at 2-digit subroutine numbers, but they might work now. I'd like to use a single-digit sub# |

| did you ever get your post going the posts on there web page are non functional for the crusader M Defining a tool in the post T1001 X.25 Z1.5 T10 tells the controller you are inputing 01 the tool number, X the tool dia Z the tool offset at a glance the tool call must be T01F7.5 T for tool , 01 for the tool number and yes the 0 must be there F for feed rate and should be called with the tool Cheers |
