3D Mouse/Controller in Bobcad

Hi Everyone,

I use a 3D mouse (Logitech Space Pilot) in Rhino, etc. I don't think I could go back to "mouse/keyboard only" navigation if I had to. I was told by tech support that 3D mouse support is something they would like to implement, but that it's not a priority. [Read: its not going to happen.]

I wonder if we can get enough folks together to "ask" for this to make it happen? Let's find out!

The 3d mouse is more productive than the keyboard. I recently retired and had used CATIA V4 for many years with the IBM Sapceball 4000 (see ebay). For my home use I have PUNCH viacad 2d/3d version 6 with 3d connection Space Navigator. This is a very good mouse but I miss the 'palm' area for stability. See my post under 'use viacad'.
