Need Help!- Tool Library and Tool Menu ?s.

I've heard there is some issues with Selecting tools from the library, and the program changing tools in the middle of a routine. I'm not totally sure what the issue is, can someone explain it to me?

The only issue I ran across was in 3D machining where selecting the 'manual' tool option in the features causes the tool NOT to change when posted. Also the manual tool may not show up in the tool varify when this occurs.

I did this when having mutliple Z level roughing and selecting Manual tool in the feature. I did not have any issues as long as I was using the system tool and simply changing the diameter and corner radius sizes.
