Our IT guy thought it was a good idea to upgrade from V19 that was working to V23 which only partially works, so lets start picking off the problems. I watched the training video on setting up milling tools but when I set up a new tool it never gets saved and always reverts back to the preprogrammed tool. Also I can not get the offset function to do anything. |

| Have you read the manual? The offset tool and other tools now work a little different. 1) select the tool first (geometry will deselect) 2) set desired settings and click OK (like hitting apply) 3) select geometry 4) right click selected geometry and click OK |
