Lathe Posts to Mach3 Mill?

I am updating to include lathe and am curious if I can convince my current Mach3 mill to do some basic lathe operations for me.

Or should I use the Mach3 turn?

In either case I don't have a CNC lathe and need to use my mill as a lathe.
