V19 Demo Problems & Questions.

I'm evaluating softwares and being a cheapskate I gave this software a try. The demo part model ran fine that came with the software. I load my own part in an Iges file and right after setting the z depths after generating tool paths it crashes every time. The viewer is still in wireframe which surprises me as most are solids now. I had Bobcad service dept print a generic post for me (Anilam 1100) it didn't work at all. I've heard others complain of this. The Meshcam demo came with a post for the same machine that had one minor error and I could run the geometry on my machine. Bobcad promissed it would not be a problem in the future and said if it doesn't post to the machine they would refund my money. The software seems to have alot of capability with all the commands but its not clear at all how to use them. Is there a good demo file out there that can explain no cut regions, and use and orient IGES models etc. My biggest criticizm is without a good demo you won't get my business even if its priced at a dollar and the demo instructions are definately inadequate.
