I have started predrilling at the plunge locations when possible. I think they are considering adding this feature in the next version/update.

You can only ramp if you are Pocketing.
Predefine a start point within your pocket.
Select it for your Starting Point.
Then edit your Pocket feature where you can now select the type of ramp.
