I read somewhere this week about a problem in the post processor for mach 3 in v22 for the lathe. In line 249 it is in radius rather than diameter So even though I have Bob cad set in Diameter mode I will still get funky G-code. Problem is I don't know how to access it in Bob- Cad to check for this setting. Any Bob-cad v22 pros out there to guide me through it? |

| It's actually quite simple. Open C:\Program Files\BobCAD-CAM\BobCAD-CAM V22\Posts\Lathe. In here you will see the post processor that you are using. Right click on the Post file and left click on Open with and then Notepad. You should then be able to find the line that needs changed. Make the edit and save the file, then close the file. Hope this helps. Regards |
