If you are only showing LVL1 and you purchased LVL2 then you must call support to have them update your dongle. They should be able to help with this easily.
First a bit of information that might help someone else. I have been dead in the water for several days after receiving my copy of BobCAD 22 mill 2D and 3D plus BobArt. When I attempted to open BobCad it would come up with a "Command can't access memory" type of message and crash. Just for grins I disabled Norton Security on my computer tonight and tried again. Despite ever getting a message from Norton that something was trying to access the net before, now BobCad and the version of Predator that comes with it seems to run OK. Apparently the software has to be authenticated on the net before it will run. Fixing to unplug from the net, reboot, and verify that it doesn't have to authenticate on the net every time as that would be an issue at my shop with no net access.
I understood that BobCAD 2D and 3D was mill level two however when I look at my license I see level one. I have CAD, Mill, BobArt, and "Other" all at level one. Under modules I do have Mill, Turning Mode, BobArt, and Edit CNC. How can I tell if my license includes 3D or should I have some commands available with 3D that aren't there with 2D so that I can be sure?
Thanks for any assistance. Trying to get all this sorted out while I have a little downtime for Christmas.

I'm not sure what I purchased because of the different terminology used. Level one is 2.5D and I understood from a post on here that when you got full 3D it was level two. However I thought I saw some commands available that should be full three dimensions so perhaps 3D is "other" on the license. Nick and tech support are both supposed to be calling me in the morning so maybe one or the other can get me sorted out.
Nick has been very good about contacting me, tech support a little harder to get in touch with, the recording says they are working under a heavy load right now. Patience not being one of my virtues, I was hoping for a quick definitive answer on here!
Thanks very much for the reply.
