V19 incorrect toolpath

I've just recieved v19 BobCad. I have followed the lesson 1 (the one with a sphere subtracting 2 smaller ones with boolean diff, etc. It renders fine. I generate the toolpath and on one spherical depression it just skims across it. I have screenshots if any one is interested in helping me solve this.
I'm new to CnCZone also, as I don't know how to upload pictures, I have them jpeg now around 25k to 60k each.

I will run a test and try to see what the deal is. In the mean time, make sure that you have not selected 'Ignore Holes" in the Generate Toolpath function.
