CANT OPEN FILE

I HAVE VER. 22 EVERY TIME I TRY TO OPEN A FILE OR A IMAGE IN BOBART IT KILLS THE PROGRAM I CAN PROGRAM WITH IT AS LONG AS I DON'T TRY AND OPEN A FILE
