Please help me to draw a simple 1" radius dome (2" diameter hemisphere). I have a drawing that I want to project onto the surface. I have 2007 & V21. I've drawn this part in BobArt, but can't get a toolpath and G-Code. Thanks in advance. BTW, I searched before posting. But I couldn't find what I was looking for.

| More questions. I've just now sent the toolpath from BobArt to V21. However, I didn't want to cut the radius, only the negative relief portion. How do I do that? I'm starting with a hemisphere that was turned on a lathe. TIA!

| You will need to create a 2D profile for the area you wish to cut (in the CAD screen) and select it before generating the Toolpath in BobArt. As you input the values for the Machine Embossed model operation, select the Machine to Boundary option. It will then confine your toolpath to the selected area. Regards |
