    Info on contacting Sorin

Hi, I have emailed Sorin twice about getting a password etc. for downloading the video's on his site, but havent been able to reach him. I'm sure he is very busy, does anyone have any ideas as to the best way to reach him.

    Thanks

If you are signed up on his web sight you can see the links to Sorin's Videos thread. Also you will see Sorin's Corner thread. He has posted here why he has not been reachable. Due to illness in his family he has not had any time to be on the forum or to help out.

    Hello All,
I hate to ask stupid questions but.... does anyone know how to open theses videos? I can't find a player that will read a file with a .bas extension.

The .bas files are scripts not video files, they are for v19-21 Bobcad
There are videos on the site also

    Mike,

Like Swag pointed out in the previous post

A (*.bas) file is for the Scripting Engine in BobCAD/CAM. They are user written functions like Macro Sub-Programs.

Videos are a totally different format and cannot open a Script type (*.bas) File

    Cheers!!

The username and password are available once yyou have signed up on his forum.

It is at the top of the forum where it says "Sorin's Videos". You can not see this section until you have registered though.
