Default Opening a Dwg and retaining text settings

I have a customer supplied drawing that is in .dwg format. The part is a print die that the font and format must match the print. When I open the drawing in Bobcad v27 the text no longer matches the original drawing. Also the text settings in Bobcad will not re-create the exact settings that are in AutoCAD. Is there another way to get around this problem. Attached is the original drawing in dwg and dxf.
    Thanks

Have the customer explode the text using the Explode Text express tool.
