    Default M99 Loop Issue

I am programming a Haas SL10 with Bobcad v28. At the end of the program the program loops and restarts as it should. The problem is it advances to the italic bold line and stops...
Spindle continues to turn but no tool movement. BTW this program and others written with Bobcad work fine when run with an (M30 or manually). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

maybe a silly question but is the lathe going back to IPM mode (G98) when it exits the sub program?

No it's not... another thing that makes no sense (to me) is that when run on the graphics screen the program will run in a loop (M99).
