bobcad won't load correctly

Hello,

I have been running bobcad v24 for sometime on my laptop. When I double click the short cut it starts to load the program. The splash screen comes up then the bobcad icon drops into my task bar. No sight of the program operating. I can hover my mouse over the icon in the task bar and this is what I get:

I have rebooted my laptop a couple times.
The program was up and running, I went to maximize it and this is when I started to have issues. Any help?
Time to re-install? I'm over looking something simple?

Have you tried going back to a "Restore Point" date when you knew it workd OK ? ?
