Having problems with Cutter path not completing cut (PICS)

Im having a problem getting a 1/4 ball nose emill to go to the exact edges of the part.
It will work great when at 90 degrees. but when I turn the tool to a 45 degree fix. ( for clearance ) the tool doesnt go the the exact edge of the part.
Im still very new to working with cam software. So it could be something fairly easy.

Are you using "Tool Center" or "Tool Tip" ? ?

Little information has been provided. On the previous dialogue page, what is set for the "Area type"?

There are also about 9 other things that can control that. Let alone I cant be sure WHICH TOOLPATH Strategy that even is!!!

Zip and post the bbcd file would help.

Are you using any kind of tool containment strategy? If so, make sure it is properly projected while on a tilt. Sometimes it helps rotating the view in the workspace to look at the part the same way the tool will, looking straight down the shaft.
