"Flag Ripple" in BobArt?

Can anyone tell me how I can get a "Flag Ripple" effect in BobArt. I only want the rounded edge to be on the Y axis and not effect the X axis lines. I don't want all the edges to have a rounded emboss..straight edges prefered.

It is all about the shading.

If you want a sharp corner, the transition in color needs to be drastic. White to Black or Black to White. A gradual transition from one color to the next will create a smooth transition in the Toolpath that is generated.

No I will be attending the Eastec show. I live on the east coast. It won't be till May 21st.

There was a guy that was at the West Tech show and he showed me a part that he made it was the American Flag and you could feel the rippels of the flag! it was sweet all the stars were on his part as well!
