I don't know much yet about bobcad but Sorin's videos helped me get over the learning curve...

Based on my limited knowlage of BC you need to pick the tool path and do a tool comp to keep the tool on the outside of the line... Hope someone that knows more will chime in...

Well if you are trying to cut it so that the superman logo is left standing then you are going to need to pocket and profile the logo.

If you are just trying to mill the logo into the material then all you should need to do is pocket the shape.
Pocket the Whole thing:
Select the outside shape so that the arrows are going Counter Clockwise.
Then Select the inside shapes so that the arrows are all going Clockwise.
Click on Other and then Pocket.
I would suggest a spiral at this point.
Input the values for the Tool daimeter and Step over distance you want to use.
Click OK.
The Pocket "Should" generate.
Next thing is to open the NC-CAM window.
Do your program start and Tool change if needed.
Click on the button with the "u...d..." on it and fill in the depth information.
The Toolpath should still be selected at this point. If it isn't then you may want to review the video on Machine Auto(can't remember which one it is though).
Left Click on Machine Auto.
Then program end and your done.

Regards

Are you wanting to limit the tool path to the logo edge on a solid?

If so draw a boundry. If this is a solid then you can extract the edges and use that.
