    Al;
    I am certainly no expert, but this was 4 minutes with Inkscape. Took me longer to compose this message.

    The tool to use is "Path/Trace BitMap..." I use BobArt for a lot of work (Thanks TrotLine!), but for raster to vector, and cleaning up images - it is tough to beat Inkscape.

    The Zip file contains the inkscape native file shown in the bitmap. I have Inkscape version 0.48.5 r10040 likely a newer one out there now.

    Have fun, and thanks for all your help.

    I quite like targeted ads if they're not intensely annoying so I'll enable ads when your advertisers stop using annoying sounds, annoying slideshows and annoying animations
