Angry V19 printing?

My version 19 is on a clone running 2000pro, I have a HP Deskjet 1220C connected with a USB cable.

My printer works fine with all other applications, but BobCAD V19 seems to split the screen image and print it backwards (ie. Top 50% on bottom, and bottom %50 on top).

Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks

Sounds like you're just holding the paper upside down...I'm kidding. I haven't heard this one - they were having some printing issues, but I thought this was taken care of in the last patch. Have you downloaded the patches?

Jen

Hmmm,

The patches?

Probably not the one I need,

Thanks Jen,

Kenny

It's nice when you send BobCAD Support an E-mail regarding there most recent patch and they don't even respond...

Send an email to Chris (CNCdude) directly - he's pretty quick about getting back to you...chris@bobcad.com

V19 Updates

I agree, contact CNCdude about your problem. He is "da Man" in my opinion. But, in the mean time, go to...

BobCadSupport

You will see info about two V19 software updates.

V19.00.002 posted 12/01/03

I check this forum daily to make sure I get the latest updates as soon as possible.

Thanks for your help, both patches did not do the trick. I will try to get a hold of Chris.

Sometimes it's easier just to work around the problem.

Please don't think that my intention was to bash the BobCAD folks. I am sure they are busy, and I have not pressed the issue with them. The support staff has been good to me when I do call 'em.

Thanks,

Ok, thanks Steele. I'm glad I am not the only one.

I have the same problem

I am running Win2000 and trying to print to a Lexmark Z54 printer. I get the following error:

The exception Breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached.
(0x80000003) occured in the application at location 0x77fa144f.

Click on OK to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.

Any ideas?

Hey Mike,

at leat you are getting error messages. As far as I know, they are working to resolve the printing issues.

I have not heard back for about a week now.

to work around it I just do screen shots and paste it into a word doc.

It's printing

I just received an email that the latest patch (19.00.003) is out.
I've installed it and am now able to print.

Thanks
