im trying to machine a simple interior feature (pocket) using BobCAD V26 and every time i post my code it posts the paths as 1000's of short lines rather than circular interpolations...

What type of tool path are you using? And was the file your working with imported into bobcad? If so what program was used to create it? Its possible that the geometry is created with splines, or several small segments.

just browsing and stumbled upon this again lol, i was using AutoCAD to produce the geometries and then importing them to BobCAD.
