My company currently uses v23 of bobcad for our wedm work.
Im pretty comfortable with it so i was interested in either getting another copy of v23 or getting the newest version for my personal laptop that i use for work.
Anyone used the new version yet? Thoughts on it so far?
There is a huge difference from any versions that are prior to version 25. From V24 to V25 they changed the way you did things and went to the defining of operations instead of the program as you go method in prior versions. Each way has it's good points and bad points. That being said I would recommend you download the demo version on V28 and play around with it some, once you get used to it you should see that it's better for most tings you have to program.
That being said, I still use our V20 from time to time when I just want the coordinates of a profile shape.
Should i update?
