Fillets out of no where?

Hi I am having a problem with fillets appearing by holes. A recommendation was to reduce the tolerance and that it should eliminate these however, it did not. I have attached a pic. Any suggestions would be helpful. The black lines are the tool path.

Where are the fillets? The only 'fillets' I could see are the paths around the corners. Is this what you are talking about?

Sorry it may not be obvious from the view but there are six holes but it shows them with some sort of fillet over laying them.
