BobCADCAM Layer Control / Snap Control

I almost always Blank out objects by Layer. When I hit the Blank out icon I would like to be able to skip the dialog box that asks whether you want to Blank out by Single, Chain, Region, Color, All. One way to facilitate this would be to create an Environmental Default setting that sets Blank by Layer to the default choice for Blanking objects.

Better yet redo how Layers are handled by BobCADCAM and do something like the the picture I have posted because the current Layers system in BobCADCAM is tedious as well as a time waster. So is the current Snap control. Having to go to Environmental settings to modify a Snap is very annoying and disruptive when modeling in BobCADCAM.

I would like to see BobCADCAM have a status bar on the bottom of the screen. In that status bar I would like the ability to be able to pop up a layer control dialog box where I could Blank and Unblank Layers. The same thing could also be done for Snap Control.

Layers should be removed from the Attribute Dialog box and given their own separate dialog box like shown.
