bobcad screen problem

need help bobcad v21 been using it for years, today when i started bobcad i get the windows for drawing, new or old etc,then it does not give me the drawing screen,just my desktop screen is showing. Is it a windows problem i'm lost on this one.

If the border is showing and the drawing window is transparent, this would be a graphics issue. Try updating the driver.

Should this not solve the issue, you can try an uninstall then re-install if still no luck call support 727-489-0003.

On power up of my p.c. If I click on the desk top Icon it display's the Bobcad logo but won't go to the start up page . If I go to my document's and open a old drawing I can start a new drawing and save ect. only way to get past the start up lock up is to power down and start over ??? Kevin

Try the following...

Delete the ICON
Create a new ICON
See if it works.

If not...

Try launching the software from the program files folder.

If not...


Then there is a problem in the registry file. > Uninstall> Re-Install.
