What you have there is still a tapping program.
Single pointing would be more like the following:
N01 G00 X0. Y0.
N02 G01 Z-1.083 F30.
N03 G41 X.275 D01
N04 G03 X.875 1.3 F15.
N05 G91 G03 X.275 Z.0833 L14
N06 G90 G03 X.275 I-.3
N07 G00G90 Z1. M09
N08 G01 G40 X0. Y0.
You go into your hole, move to the starting point make however many circles you want at the thread diameter, move back to the center and retract from the hole. But, you should be out of it already anyway. You can also thread down by going in the opposite direction.
Lines 4 and 6 are kerfs(small circles) in and out, but you can go straight in if you want.
Line 5 you go into incremental mode, and the "L" in that lines is loops or how many times to perform the circle and the "Z" in that lines is your thread pitch.
The "D" in line 3 is to invoke cutter comp to adjust thread size.
"D" is canceled in line 8.
You are basically making 14 circles and each one moves up .0833"
