No Feed Rates on NC file - V24

    Hello All,

I have an issue - my system does not include feed rates when I post.

Here is an example line from my post processor:

    51. Line feed move Z.
    n,feed_move,z_f,feed_rate

Every time the "feed rate" will not make into my NC file. What am I doing wrong? This is not with z only movement - it is with every movement. Other post processors (not for my machine) does the same.

I have upgraded to the latest 208 build of BC V24

Hi is this problem with all Z movements (ie drilling, pocketing) or with ramping moves only like the new contour ramping?
If it is only with contour ramping the problem will be with lines 64, 65, 66 I had the same problem with a V23 post I was trying to use.
I can post the lines if you need them.

Sorry miss read your posts it's feed rates your missing I'm not that skilled with posts so hopefully someone with more experience can help

does your line 55 look like this?

    55. Line feed move XYZ.
    n,feed_move,x_f,y_f,z_f,feed_rate

    Line 55

This is what my line 55 looks like.

    55. Line feed move XYZ.
    n,feed_move,x_f,y_f,z_f,feed_rate

    Update:

I installed the newer build of bobcad - no avail
I installed the generic "mach3" post processor, then went back to my old one - no everything is working - for the first time ever.

Thank you all for your help!
