Autocad to Bobcad

I have a costumer who up dated his AutoCAD v2011 to v2012 now I can’t open his drawings in bobcad v21 or v23 any help would be appreciated Eddie

This isnt definitive, But you could use a tool from autocad. "Trueview" or "design Review" will allow you to save to a previous version (surley if the customer is using some new feature that isnt in the older format, that may get lost)

The other thing would be to request to your customer to not save your files in his newest "version format"....(until BobCad can update "if/when" it's dxf/dwg translators)

I have this program and I don't have difficulty to open the AutoCad files, the only thing you have do, is select open file and in the window that appears select you Files types, and are looking for the file in dwg, and select your draw files, select the drawing that you want and at the moment it a open the file, not the really until, select in bobcad with mouse icon Select point and make a window for that Select the drawing, what really a color select with the mouse click right here and you'll modify atributtes and select a color, choose the color that you want and ready.
