insert nc/create code

I am using v19 and when I draw and then create code it keeps coming out half the size. I have checked the scale and it is 1 to 1. Any help would be great thanks.

There's a couple places where the scale can be set.

CAM side > Setup > Coordinates > Scale factors set to 1.

CAD side > File > Environment > Coord. tab > 1 unit = 25.4mm and lathe* is unchecked.

* If this IS a lathe part, it may be a radius mode vs. dia. mode issue. (same tab as above).
