Milling 2D contour and clean up stock around it

Im milling a simple 2D contour .750" deep on a 1 " thick piece of stock that is 3" in the X axis and 2" in the Y axis. My tool diameter is .375". When I machine the part it is perfect. However I have some uncut "posts" out on the edges of the stock piece. i want to flip these parts over in the vise and do a secondary operation on the back. Is there a way of setting a Boundary in 2D to mill everything but my profile on the piece of stock down to my cut depth? I manually added lines to mill to get rid of them on this job. But I do this a lot and it would be a pain to do it manually everytime. Im coming over from Mazak land and there the software would let you do that automatically.

If you don`t have the HSP option and are just using the standard "Profile" feature then see the images below and the attached .bbcd file in the Zipped file.

FYI File is done in Build 1812 so you will need that build to open it. Hope that helps.
